one less problem.Still can't drive no tags or insurance ,
however I am grateful just to be living another day.
For 2 years I worked out doors, which was very hard for me because of the lung cancer I have part lung gone.
Job ended in Dec.I'm 66 and on ssi disability, but I miss not having a job.I've been looking on line, but now I have no phone or car.Because of the lung I cannot walk far in Fla.heat.I've said that to let others know how badly it affects me with no job and to say I know how you feel.Worked all my life and I miss it so badly,Also so much time on my hands it too is bad.well didn't mean to bum anyone out,i'm just depressed and wanted to vent.God Bless You All Maggie Lynn
It seems you are asking for $ but getting that is not easy as everyone here will tell you that we all need it too. If you are trying to leave where you are at than I need to ask do you want to immigrant to another country or just move to a different city? You can check with different international mission programs. You don't say how old you are of if you have any medical problems so it really limits what I can refer you too. But will list some links to check out and some will help with immigration also.
I first would like to know what gives you the impression that I don't work....Have you ever heard of people working at home, having their own business! I worked for others for 33 years! I am old enough to be your mother and for you to treat another human being with such disrespect, if you were under my employ, you would be finding yourself another job very fast!!!
Secondly, before you accuse someone of "complaining" about the economy or the Mexican taking any jobs, get your facts straight! I never once complained about the economy because quite frankly those who do complain about it are the very individuals who are on welfare and sitting on their butts and not doing anything! I am not one of those people! Mexican taking our jobs? For your information and that it is any of your business though you seem to make it that way, ANYONE who comes to the US from another country has ever right in the world to obtain viable employment in the US! So before you make your accusations, you better get your facts straight!!
in response to 12155... It would be different if you were trying to do something to support yourself...then, if you need a help-up....a little assistance because you came up short, that would be understandable. But, I dont understand how someone could not do ANYTHING but take take take without giving efforts. Dont complain about the economy, or the Mexicans taking our jobs...the only one to blame is yourself. Hold some accountability for your shortcomings. I got a better idea... Can you say "Would you like fries with your burger"? At least you would be making an effort. Me, "sad little man"? Well, I am 5'9 and confident in who I am and absolutely adore my family...and, they like me alot too. In fact, I must go now so I can make my family some breakfast before I go to work. Enjoy your slim-fast (your breakfast) and have a great day!
Therefore, one of two things must be happening:
God is imaginary.
God does exist, but he never answers prayers. Unfortunately, God is defined by the Bible to be a prayer-answering being. The contradiction between the reality of God and the definition of God proves that God is imaginary.
Prayer does not work because God is completely imaginary.
The fact is, God never answers any prayers. The entire idea that "God answers prayers" is an illusion created by human imagination.
How do we know that "answered prayers" are illusions? We simply perform scientific experiments. We ask a group of believers to pray for something and then we watch what happens. What we find, whenever we test the efficacy of prayer scientifically, is that prayer has zero effect:
It does not matter who prays.
It does not matter if we pray to God, Allah, Vishnu, Zeus, Ra or any other human god.
It does not matter what we pray about.
If we perform scientific, double-blind tests on prayer, and if the prayers involve something concrete and measurable (for example, healing people with cancer), we know that there is zero effect from prayer. Every single "answered prayer" is nothing more than a coincidence. Both scientific experiments and your everyday observations of the world show this to be the case every single time
in response to 12155... You say you have a disability and cant work and make money for yourself....Hmmm, well obviously you are pretty good at spending alot of time on the computer typing nonsense.... So, why dont you make some money doing online surveys? You can find information on that at hypocriticalchristianswhowontwork.com
Have a great night. I will!
