Hello and nice to meet you wog83
I didn't see any clinic in your town for free dental clinics but there maybe one close to you like there is for me about 30 minutes away from where I live. See below for the one that is nearest to you
Below are some work from home jobs and one member here complied many of them for us to use.
I use to do calls for someone who was into leadership programing dealing with CEO's of companies I was to call. I don't know anything about how to start that but I am sure there are books at the library you can rent regarding the subject.
If you are good at writing there are freelane writing jobs, too.
Let me know if you find a free dentist from the link I gave you.
Good luck as I need the dentist too.
Thank you so much. I keep hearing all of these wonderful words here on this site and appreciate them all soo much! I am very glad to have met you as well and think it is wonderful that you want to do something very similar to what I plan on doing in the future! Thanks so much for your words of wisdom and I hope you had a very wonderful and blessed time as you spend time with your family. You are lucky to have the snow on the ground for this christmas I had none! It was a change for me and even though I wish it would have snowed- i bet it is a blessing in disguise. At least for someone! I also want to make pottery. It isn't jewelry but i believe it will be fun!
May the Lord Bless you in all that you do I hope to be hearing more from you VERY soon. You all have been giving me some wonderful- and slightly emotional- if I might add, words from the Lord and I appreciate it more than you know! Thank again and I hope to hear from you soon! God Bless!
in response to nini3... Wow, Nini that posting was just beautiful. You had to have reached down to your toes and your soul and I am amazed at how beautiful it turned out to be. Bravo. I bow to you. I thought that whoknew had interpreted this person message very well and like I said to a point.
You have covered the whole issue and people eloquently. It almost brought me to tears with how well you have made the posting.
I to pray for Frisky and I think that if he/she would have stayed on here a little longer that we could have found out what was truly bothering the person. From what little he let slip he truly has a troubled soul. I can see how and why this person has that attitude and maybe would have helped this person even more than they would have relized, then again maybe not.
I know at what whoknew is telling you, on how you have an effect on her. I've seen it through the post.
May God Bless
Whoknew-You are doing a lot better in the diplomacy department. I about studdered and that's hard to do typing, well not the way I type anyway, well done.
I hope you get the computer fixed soon as it is a drag when the things break and not cheap to fix or get a new one..
You are welcome and I test some of the links but not all. I come across some hud.gov sites and before I post check the links to them as some lead to nothing good or nothing at all.
Hugs and take care
Stay warm too
Or eating, or watching a movie...rare for me. Or any other number of things I don't include an animal in..though some tend to think they are welcome to do as they please. My sweet Hunter, Butch before him and Buck too all would lay down in my office and wait for me to let them know I was free. They would let me know if someone was coming or at the door by going out of my room to check who it was. Strangers got a bark...friends got an excited whine yip...lol
Cats that my kids have owned or other family, learn to keep themselves to themselves. I don't dislike them, I just think we have an attitude clash.
I've had the same issue with my stray visitors, cat or bird or whatever. As long as you do not disrupt what I'm doing you are welcome...get in my way, we will have a problem. lol
Well, hope my cousin gets back soon...he doesn't have much in his frig to eat and I didn't bring a sack snack to eat while waiting. lol
Hope he can help, and thanks for the links Starshine although some are not working. I'll see what else I can find using the leads though.
Take care and stay warm.
As always Nini your insight and sweetness shines a light in the recesses of every situation. I think everyone can learn a lot from eachother. We all have our reasons why we believe what we do. Be it through personal experience or faith, our beliefs are part of who we are. We all need to find our personal truth - how it relates to us.
And I agree no one has the right to force us to believe the same way they do - regardless of who they are: parents, friends, family, teachers, ministers, priests, etc.
Faith is, and always has been, a God-given personal choice.
Sometimes, in our quest to find our own truth, we become verly excited and want to share our knowledge with everyone. However, not everyone is as receptive as we are at that moment. As a result, confusion and anger gets mixed in.
Pray works for you. You have faith in prayer - in the healing power of God working through you and your prayers. Frisky, on the other hand, beleives in a more pratical approach:"God helps those who help themselves" - Something I am more familiar with. But its not to say that prayer alone does not work - sometimes they do, sometimes prayer and work go hand in hand.
Yes, Frisky needs to put forth a more gentle touch. I am guessing that in his/her experience, there is a lot of anger and frustration. Things they have seen and reported were either ignored or not taken seriously leaving disastrous results. Therefore, when approaching different people, they are going to expect the same reaction. So they try to prevent that by getting right in your face and expressing their opinion in no uncertain terms.
I think Frisky needs to be heard, understood, and accepted - like the rest of us. As you said Frisky possibly has no one to share their life with. I think their heart is very compassionate to a point where it is overcome and doesn't know where to turn. I think, in time, Frisky will come to appreciate you even more than the rest of us do. Your open heart may teach Frisky a kinder gentler way. I know it has for me. Thank you for being here Nini!
Hello and sorry your computer isn't working. I hope your cousin can fix yours agains.
I came across this site for free computers or rather organizations that they listed. I hope you can find a cheap hard drive. Best to call around but as you stated you need the funds for it too.
I hope this helps or you get the help you need soon. So sorry honey. I know my computer is making noises at times.
Best to you and Christmas was so good for you more than you thought.
Don't sound fun. I used to build computers, but that was back in the 90's and though the computers I have are old, they aren't under a 1gightz.
So I'm trying to use my son's pc which isn't easy since it doesn't have the special software I use to make it easier for me to actually do things online.
So I may not be able to get on as much as I would like to, until I can get my computer fixed. Thankfully my cousin is my IT guy and I just have to call him.
If I have to get a new drive, which he said I should, how am I going to afford one? Most of my upgrades and such were from friends that upgraded their stuff and gave me the old stuff.
Problem now is that no one is upgrading cause they can't afford to now. So the 120 gig hard drive I have that's 5yrs old is dying and I don't know where to get another one since I've no funds for one.
Well, have a happy new year everyone...I'll try to be on as much as possible. Anyone know of some resources, let me know. Thanks
