My hope is to;

1.) Open my General Store in Superior, WY.

2.) Acquire the land and funding I need to open my wild horse/wildlife rescue ranch and to rehabilitate unwanted horses for use as therapy animals for autistic children.

Are these pir in the sky dreams? To me, no. I have been writing grants proposals for six long years with no positive results, but my determination is stronger because of the rejections. Somewhere out there there is and agency or a foundation or an individual that will open his/her heart and say, "Hey, we hear you and we can help." Until that happens, I will keep trying.

Dear Boudyl
I really understand what you are going threw. Being Critically ill and having a large family myself, There are several
Loans available, That many Americans are told about, Realtors and
Banks Don't tell you about them because they do not make the same kind of money, If you are buying this home outside City limits in a rural area You can ask to Apply for the Loan with the Farmers of America, You do not have to buy farm land, They will give so many loans a year with lower interest rate because they want to keep it the City to Moving into their Farms. You may even get a much bigger house and Loan for the same payments,
There is also the Neighamia program. That will pay all your down payment and give you a lower fixed rate, There are thousands, If you ask around or look on line. Just watch the interests rate and make sure you it is a fixed rate and don't buy on an arm . If you decide to buy from an owner make sure you do it legal and get the deed,
if you don't have the deed you don't have anything.
This may many mad at me for saying this, However I am ,,,What ever you do not  go with Habitat for Humanity,  I  thought it was a really great program until I really checked into it,
They sent me a 36 page application and rules, I wish that all the people who gave the labor and time and material really knew that it a business, Here are some of there Rules. 1, Here is what you must earn household Annual Gross Income
to Apply for a Home built by Habitat Wake
Household Size (number of people) Annual Minimum Income Annual Maximum Income
1 $13,080 $31,465
2 $14,955 $35,925
3 $16,830 $40,425
4 $18,705 $44,925
5 $20,205 $48,525
6 $21,705 $52,125
7 $23,205 $55,725
8 $24,205 $59,290

Please refer to the section "Income & Employment" on the homeownership application. On the color application, the section is blue. Amounts for Annual Gross Income assume 52 weeks per year. Minimum Income indicated is 25% AMI. Maximum Income indicated is 60% AMI. "Gross" income is income before taxes are subtracted.

An example of how to interpret the Household Annual Gross Income chart:

  • A household with two adults and three children has 5 people.
  • Income before taxes including wages from full-time and part-time jobs as well as non-working income from child support, social security income and/or disability must be added together.
  • The household’s annual gross income before taxes must be:
    no less than $19,325
    and no more than $46,380.

Income Guidelines: Monthly Gross

Household Monthly Gross Income
to Apply for a Home built by Habitat Wake

Household Size (number of people) Monthly Minimum Income Monthly Maximum Income
1 $1,090 $2,622
2 $1,246 $2,994
3 $1,403 $3,369
4 $1,559 $3,744
5 $1,684 $4,044
6 $1,809 $4,344
7 $1,934 $4,644
8 $2,059 $4,941

Please refer to the section "Income & Employment" on the homeownership application. On the color application, the section is blue. The income levels in this chart are the Annual Gross Income levels divided by 12. Minimum Income indicated is 25% AMI. Maximum Income indicated is 60% AMI. "Gross" income is income before taxes are subtracted.

An example of how to Internet the Household Monthly Gross Income chart:

  • A household with two adults and three children has 5 people.
  • Income before taxes including wages from full-time and part-time jobs as well as non-working income from child support, social security income and/or disability must be added together.
  • The household’s monthly gross income before taxes must be:
    no less than $1,684
    and no more than $4,044.
  • Must have Great Credit
  • To determine an applicant's ability to pay a modest mortgage, Habitat Wake will verify that the applicant has a reasonably good credit history. Reasonably good credit means that the applicant has:

    • no non-medical collections, items and accounts less than $1,000 (if any exist, applicant must payoff prior to applicant's house being built)
    • no unsatisfied judgments on credit report or civil records
    • the ability to manage any outstanding credit within a budget
This is only the begin I would be so happy if my family made even the minimum amount.,  They tell you where the house will built. They will tell you if and when you can sell your home, They when you sell house you have to pay Habitate a large Bit of it,, If you make that kind money and have good credit than you could get a house on your own where you want on a low interest Rate, Please tell me how this Habitat is helping poverty  in America, If you are critically ill  or disabled then you can pretty much forget it, Please tell me how this is fair. I  feel anyone who help Habitat should order an Application, Because what they show on line or others are there "Mini Qualifications," as they put it, It not the 36 page manual That I received,  Sorry did not mean to get carried away however I know that Most of the people in America can't meet Habitants requirements,They are Disabled or have a large family or both,Then you can forget it.  My Dream is to start a Program Called on Angel Wing's. To help all family get a home. and pay what they can afford, and Not judge by Credit when there honest hardship in that family. Medical Bills are unforeseen, Now if someone just blew credit buy shopping  and buying Cars and not paying that different.Than someone's life  turning upside down overnight., I hope this helps

I'm really sorry this might sound pretty unusual, as it is I've been left with no other option under the present circumstance to present my predicament in the past few weeks. As you probably know, I lost my husband of 21yrs to cancer about 5years ago. Since then, I've been saddled with the responsibility of raising our two sons, who are now grown. I registered on a dating site out of loneness and curiosity. It was fun at first and a moment of change came  when I met a man online who seemed to be everything I ever wanted in my life, but he was far away in Europe at the  time I met him. He promised to return to the States after his missionary work in Europe which was supposed to be in 21 days after we met. He called me every day, sent me text messages, e-mails, cards, gifts and all that. He was so amazing. The turning point in our relationship came when he sent a mail to me saying he had a missionary project he was up to somewhere in West Africa and that he would spend an extra week over there before returning to the States. That was okay because he kept calling me. He later sent me another e-mail after two days telling me that he had been attacked and stripped of his possessions and he needed money to carry out the urgent assignment with 10 other missionaries on tour with him. And that was it. He was all over me. All the money I had on me was that which my husband left and a few savings from my previous job as a registered nurse. I didn't know what to do at first. My sons were against the whole relationship from the start and it made it really hard for me to consult their opinion and since any decision I made at the time was going to affect them anyway, I had to decline the help. It really hurts to do it. He hated me for that and made me feel guilty like I didn't care about his well being and offered me one last chance of helping him. He sent 3 checks equivalent to the money he asked for and I accepted it hoping he will come for his check someday and I will have my money paid back to me, I paid $165,000 to him and that was the last I heard of him.

IT WAS A SCAM...the blooming fraudster sent me fake checks.

I am narrating this experience of mine with so much pain and regret and I won't want anyone to go through what I am going through at the moment. I lost everything, my money, my gratuity, my home, my son's, everything.I got relieved when I got a mail from the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission in Nigeria. . I left for Nigeria after subsequent calls and correspondence. One week led to another and another and yet another and I've been here for 8weeks now without any justice in sight. The gang that made away with my money are now at large threatening me through e-mails and letters containing bullets and gunpowder to leave the country. At the moment, I am living like a destitute on the streets of Nigeria without even the basics, with no help forthcoming. My sons would never forgive me if I return home without the money. I have been taught a bitter lesson at a delicate stage of my life and it's my prayer for you not to fall victim of any form of internet scam. Right now I don't care anymore. I don't need money, I don't even need pity. All i want now is my children. I want to see them. I want them to forgive me. They concluded I absconded with the gutter thief and schemed all of these. The only way of reaching out for help is through this medium. I Right now, am in need of your  help and I understand perfectly that you might not deem it fit to help me out of this...I was dumb enough to fall  for his fairy tales and I got scammed. It was a huge mistake and I've realized that, but if you are willing and able to help in whatever way you can big or small, cash or kind, please do, and above all, reach my children for me.  I'm so down and almost out at the moment and I will receive any help with a grateful heart. I will always figure out who you are as soon as I get back to stateside and would be eager to reciprocate the gesture.

Thanks so much in advance, I love you.

Cindi Walton

I really know what you are going threw, I understand how difficult it is, I know exactly how your Daughter feels. I have lost all my teeth from the medical treatment and bone infection, Sadly Medicare, Will not cover the surgery I need to have a bone craft of my hip and have implants, I use to have beautiful smile, it is 11 thousand just for the bone crafts surgery and then 1500.00 per tooth, Medicare only let them pull my teeth and make denture, however denture will not hold with no bone. It is hard because when you look different or have messed up teeth or no teeth being young, Many people judge ad think a that person must of done drugs or b, they don't take care of themselves, A smile is the first thing that people see, it is so important and so hard when you don't have the one you did . The thing that gets me is that insurance for people who are disabled do not cover dental repairs, What just because a person is ill or has cancer don't need to have proper dental care, I did go to the local dental school at UNC and they were not trained to handle my problem and the student Dr actually said do you have 11 grand to work on your teeth. Let your daughter know she not alone and I know the pain she is going threw, On all levels, StacyAnn

Hi,

Thank you, to who ever reads this.  I am a great person, and I put my heart into everything I do. I love people and love to help and give my all.  I work hard, I love my family and friends.  but, I'm always getting used, and I really don't like to think of that way, but lately, I'm finding some people are not honest about friendship, and only want to be around you and will run you dry.  I now don't have much, and no one to turn to when there is an emergency; I don't asked for much.  I'm grateful I have a job, but I'm ready to change jobs, please pray for me, that I will have a better job and will be happy in my heart.

I have have help raise other peoples children, I don't have children of my own, I dated a guy I truly loved, but I was to overweight, not educated enough and was mentally abuse about my what I didn't measure up to.

I know I have to be more positive in my thinking in order to heal. Just feeling a little wounded right now.

I stumble onto this site, and found it to a great tool, just to vent.

Thanks a lot.
